This 2-hour practice is for the Sadhaka (sincere and aspiring student) who would like to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga philosophy.

The class will consist of three parts: 75-minute asana practice, followed by workshop and community circle. Each class will incorporate meditation, pranayama and the Svadhyaya (self study). This is an opportunity for teachers and aspiring students alike to explore the ancient practice at a deeper level, and incorporate it beyond the mat.

Class Dates: 4/28, 5/19, 6/30
