Experience the ancient arts of yoga, shiatsu, Reiki, and acupuncture in one revitalizing practice! Licensed acupuncturist and shiatsu practitioner and herbalist, Zoe Culbertson, and certified yoga instructor, life coach, and Reiki Master, Molly Williams, will masterfully guide you through a revitalizing and reflective practice that combines multiple healing modalities to help harmonize your body and mind with the ever-shifting season. You will be introduced to the Chinese medicine principles that govern our body's health and energy, such as the meridians that become active during spring, and learn how to activate your own acupressure points to unblock energy and benefit your immune system.
Yin yoga - a slow, meditative practice accessible to all abilities that involves holding poses for 3-5 minutes – offers a sense of deep stretching while actually “stressing” and strengthening the deeper connective tissues and stimulating the organs that complement these energetic systems.
Throughout practice, you will enjoy lots of hands-on assists, shiatsu, and Reiki to open and stimulate channels of energy. The practice will culminate in an extended 30-minute savasana that includes a guided meditation, Reiki, and an optional mini-acupuncture treatment! Appropriate for all levels.
