Begin or continue your mindfulness practice with Peter Franklin, of Mindful Educator. Among its many benefits, mindfulness is considered on of the most powerful tools for reducing stress and anxiety, while increasing happiness and personal satisfaction. Mindfulness teaches us to be intentionally full present in life, and to release negative thought patterns and worries. These three sessions will focus on practical mindfulness practices, meditation, and gratitude. You have a choice to be present!
About Your Teacher:
Peter Franklin is a Certified Mindfulness Instructor (CMI). Peter delivers mindfulness training, consulting, and practical development workshops for educational leaders, teachers, and students who desire less stress, anxiety, and fear, and increased productivity and happiness.
Workshop Refund Policy:
Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Due to limited space and high demand for some workshops we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Cancelations made more than 24 hours in advance will be issued studio credit. No credit will be given for cancelations made less than 24 hours.
