About Jen:
Jen Doherty blends movement, coaching, and wellbeing through over 15 years of Pilates practice. She is PowerPilates certified, a 200 hour Yoga teacher, and has additional training in meditation, breathwork, and Ayurveda.
As a certified Health and Wellbeing Coach and Human Resources Talent Leader, Jen is passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and feel supported in their bodies and their lives.
Her teaching style is warm and grounding, focused on mindful movement, breath, and alignment, with an emphasis on helping each student feel strong, supported, and connected.
Workshop Refund Policy:
Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Due to limited space and high demand for some workshops we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Cancelations made more than 24 hours in advance will be issued studio credit. No credit will be given for cancelations made less than 24 hours.
