Restorative Series: Throat Chakra with Hilary Richard & Gurdeep Bhogal

Join instructors and reiki practitioners Hilary Richard and Gurdeep Bhogal for an afternoon of restorative yoga and energy work. We will focus on the throat chakra (vishuddha), which is associated with harmony, coherence and truth. You will be put into nervous-system relaxing restorative poses while crystal healing and reiki are used to activate our abilities to speak our truth and be coherent. We will begin with a mudra and mantra to get the intention in motion. Enjoy an R&R retreat to heal any blocks preventing is from expressing ourselves freely and openly.

This is the fifth workshop in a series, however, don't fret if you missed the previous ones! Open to All Levels.

Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Due to limited space and high demand for some workshops we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Cancelations made more than 24 hours in advance will be issued studio credit. No credit will be given for cancelations made less than 24 hours.
