Step into your story — and leave feeling renewed.

Join yoga instructor Kristan Marden and local author Anusia Gillespie for Soul Flow, a unique blend of gentle vinyasa yoga and immersive storytelling. Each 90-minute class explores a different stage of the hero’s journey through mindful movement and narrative, inviting courage, clarity, and personal renewal.

This session focuses on the Light Chapter — the moment when clarity returns and you reconnect with what truly guides you. It’s a time to release what’s heavy and move with ease, openness, and gratitude.

Class begins with a brief reading from Soul Toll to set the theme, then flows into a heart-opening sequence that invites softness and renewal. You’ll close in an extended savasana with gentle narration and breathwork to help you rest in that feeling of lightness and inner clarity.

Movement and storytelling work together to engage body, mind, and spirit — helping you unlock the next level of you.

Whether you’re new to yoga or already have a practice, Soul Flow offers a grounded, welcoming way to feel good in your body and clear in your mind, with no pressure and no pretense.

**No yoga experience or pre-reading required.**

Each class is a standalone session; attend one or join the full series.

Soul Toll books are available for purchase at the studio and on Amazon.

✨ Come for the movement. Stay for the story. Leave feeling like the next-level you.

About Kristan Marden:

Kristan grew up in Marblehead and lives there now with her husband and three children. After graduating college with a degree in exercise science and then working in the fitness industry as a Wellness Specialist, she was naturally drawn to yoga. Kristan is a Yoga Alliance 500 ERYT, YACEP.  In 2018, she completed her 300 hour teacher certification at Down Under School of Yoga in Brookline, MA with Natasha Rizopoulos.  In 2012, she completed her 200 hour teacher certification at Empower Yoga in Beverly, MA. Kristan  also completed Jason Crandall’s Essentials of Yoga Anatomy and The Art of Yoga Sequencing courses. In 2015, Kristan participated in Judith Lasater’s Experiential Yoga Anatomy course.

About Anusia Gillespie:

Anusia is a Marblehead native and debut novelist whose work explores ambition, identity, and the choices that shape our lives. After a personal awakening in 2015, she stepped away from a traditional career in law to create a path that felt more true to who she was—one that led her to write Soul Toll, a contemporary fantasy about what it takes to return to yourself.

Anusia holds a BSM from Tulane and both a JD and MBA from Boston College. She is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and has trained in adult learning and transformation through her work in executive education at Harvard Law School. Her background blends structured thinking with reflective practice, and she brings that combination into her teaching and writing.

Anusia now works as a legal technology executive focused on transformation and she lives in Marblehead with her husband and young son. She believes that meaningful change doesn’t always require a big leap, just an honest look at where you are and a willingness to listen to what’s next.
