Please note: This is not a dance technique class. Zero dance experience is required.
Longing to dance freely and intuitively to the rhythm of your soul? Intuitive Dance is for you! Join us for this enlivening experience during which you are free to dance and move as you wish within a safe and non-judgmental container. Under the guidance of Peyton Pugmire, expressive arts facilitator, participants will set intention, warm-up, and then dance independently to music carefully selected to inspire an emotional journey. Dancing is followed by Savasana for rest, and the session is concluded with a voluntary sharing circle, in which participants may verbalize what they have experienced.

Yoga mats are recommended. Dance friendly clothing is required. Bare feet are optimal for dancing.
About Peyton:
I was born to be a creative spirit, and I love inspiring others to do the same. Since coming out of the closet as a gay man in 1998, I’ve been addicted to coming out in every way life can offer! After all, I believe we are here to express ourselves fully and pursue our greatest joys. I have been helping others do just that for over twenty years. My work and studies in teaching, psychic connection, hypnotherapy, drama therapy, spirituality, the performing arts, and painting have empowered me to serve my clients in ways that are creative, healing, and deeply profound. Workshop Refund Policy:
Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Due to limited space and high demand for some workshops we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Cancelations made more than 24 hours in advance will be issued studio credit. No credit will be given for cancelations made less than 24 hours.
