6:30 - 8:30 PM

$40 | In Studio Only

Join Jacqueline and George for an immersive group journey where cannabis and yoga are rolled together for an uplifting, celebratory experience. Exploring a higher vibrational consciousness through cannabis-enhanced moveMEANT medicine we will tune into Mother Nature flowing with the spring equinox energy of light, renewal and growth. The blend of music, breath work, creative upbeat yoga flow and moveMEANT that's topped off with a deep, earthy, restorative flow will leave you feeling blissed out and highly elevated. With herbal therapeutic support from cannabis, individuals can go deeper within, self releasing negativity with ease, clearing space for connectivity to their roots, grounding in awareness and the joy that is the body/mind.

Participants are welcome to bring their own non-smoking products (vapor or edible) to the studio for this class. Our partner Terpene Journey has a special discounted sample bundle of their products to be purchased in advance at their store. See below.

About George:

George Halvorson is a yoga instructor, musician, and artist. His yoga practice began in 2008 and he was instantly mesmerized by the authenticity, creativity, diversity, and loving spirit that his favorite teachers brought to their practices. He also quickly discovered that yoga was the long sought after medicine he needed to manage an enduring battle with panic attacks. Yoga brought with it all of the benefits of a great workout (and then some) plus a deeply meditative quality that gave him a peace of mind he had not felt so consistently before.

Over the years, it became clear that his yoga practice had slowly guided him towards a much healthier life-practice. Feeling inspired to share these benefits with others he completed his 200-hour teacher-training course with the Soul Culture Yoga School in 2018.

He believes that yoga is the ultimate stress reliever, providing your body and mind   with the space to be present and that through the physical practice of yoga you can deepen your connection with your higher self and maintain that connection off of the mat.

About Jacqueline Moran:

Jacqueline strives to find out what it means to be alive and thrive and how to help others to do the same. Conscious movement, breath, and meditation have evolved as her primary access points to personal freedom and what she offers to the world. She believes movement is medicine and a vehicle to the divine. Our body is an expression of the truth we carry inside, and her passion is to help others fully inhabit this body/mind and live fully alive.

Inspired by the infinite healing capacity of ancient wisdom practices, Jacqueline lives and serves as an EAD facilitator, a 500 ERYT, YACEP, Reiki Practitioner, Integral Sound Healer, meditation guide, breath-work guide, NLP Wellness coach and expressive arts therapy student with a mission to be a conduit of big love. As a teacher, student, yogini, dancer and creator Jacqueline looks for the weaving together of philosophy and practicality with an ecstatic twist to foster a safe space for people to come, just as they are, move and breathe through whatever they’re going through, and tap into something bigger than their personal story.

Jacqueline teaches public, private, and online classes, workshops and special events. She is known for her lighthearted and fun-loving approach, yet in-depth understanding of the body, mind and spirit. She has the ability, whether through her, yoga teaching, dance practice, somatic bodywork, sound healing or creative approach to bring you to places within yourself where deep change, ignited passions and healing can occur.

Jacqueline is the former founder and co-owner of The Salty Buddha, a local yoga studio.
