Enjoy the benefits of yoga throughout your entire pregnancy. Connect to your baby and find comfort in your body through, breath, yoga poses and fluid movements, using techniques to help prepare your body for labor. All levels of yogis welcome to this fun and nurturing class.
This series is suitable for any stage of pregnancy. No experience needed.
About Your Teacher: Christina DeLuca
Christina started practicing yoga in 2008 while living in the Boston area. The physical practice was what originally kept her coming back to her mat, but soon after she realized there was much more to her practice than just moving her body. She found mindfulness in yoga that she could not find anywhere else in her life. Read more about Christina here.
