Steps:

  1. Begin in table top, start moving through cat/cow on breath.

  2. Pause on the exhale, round the spine in cat pose.

  3. Keep the upper back rounded, push through the palms, slide the tops of the feet back.

  4. Engage the backs of the thighs, push through the tops of the feet and activate the core to push the mat away.

  5. To come out of the pose: continue to round the spine and bring your weight into your palms, utilize the lower abdominal muscles to pull the knees in under the hips. Return to table top pose.
