Tegan Sherwood
Tegan began practicing yoga in 2015 while in middle school, and what started as a physical practice soon became so much more. She initially found her way to hot power yoga before falling in love with the grounding, intentional practices of slow flow and restorative yoga. While attending the University of Vermont, Tegan completed her Yoga Teacher Training (YTT).
As a longtime runner and athlete, Tegan views yoga as a powerful way to heal and connect both body and mind. To her, the mat is a sacred space—a place to let go of everything else, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself.
When she’s not on the mat, you can find Tegan running and lifting, spending time with friends and family, or studying for nursing school!
