Sarah Sullivan

Sarah has always felt a deep connection to yoga, and in 2020, when she moved to the beautiful state of Colorado, that connection truly deepened. There, she immersed herself in the practice—spending five years studying, practicing, and teaching yoga every day. During that time, she completed her 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings at Cambio Yoga and became a 500-hour registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance.

Sarah teaches a variety of styles, including Vinyasa, Yin, restorative, beginners, trauma-informed yoga, Kids Yoga, Yoga Nidra, pranayama, meditation, and Reiki. Her classes emphasize safe alignment, thoughtful sequencing, curated playlists, and optional hands-on assists to support each student’s unique practice. Sarah’s classes are designed to be safe and accessible for all bodies, abilities, genders, and ages, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported on their yoga journey.

Her teaching is guided by the intention to help students move from their minds into their bodies, noticing the subtle details that make each posture distinct. She often weaves poetry, literature, philosophy, or personal reflections into her classes, inviting students to leave feeling more connected, inspired, and at ease.

Yoga continues to ground and inspire Sarah every day, and she’s excited to share her practice with the community at Yoga Loft.
