What is your favorite pose and why?
That depends... I like to do pigeon pose at the kitchen sink whilst washing dishes. I like to sit Uptavistha Konasana style (wide leg forward fold) while working on my laptop. Headstands have allowed me many times to clear my mind and, once or twice, remember where I put my keys!

Thanks to the help and vision of Molly Williams, our multi-faceted studio manager, we have launched several new initiatives to help our clients realize their greatest health and well-being.
