Marc St. Pierre & Ivana Team Teach - To Be Rescheduled
We are very excited to welcome back Marc St. Pierre along with Ivana Meyran as they present a team taught Anusara Class on T.B.A.
Marc is a Senior Certified Teacher of Anusara yoga and has been teaching around the globe with Anusara founder John Friend.
Ivana recently earned her Anusara Inspired certification and has built a wonderful following here at The Yoga Loft as well as around the Northshore. Together, they offer a wonderful, uplifting class with plenty of opportunity for hands on assistance.
Class fee will be $25 pre-paid, or $30 day of.
Marc visited several times last year and each class was sold out. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience a highly acclaimed international instructor teaming with one of our best here at The Yoga Loft.

Kundalini Yoga with Guruatma Khalsa
Welcome back Guruatma for another wonderful
Kundalini Yoga workshop on Saturday, March 20th from
1:00 – 3:30 pm. Come experience the incredible process of
Kundalini Yoga through the practice of postures, meditation,
breath techniques and music.
Guruatma Singh Khalsa, M.Ed., D.Ay has been teaching Yoga internationally for over 30 Years. In this class, Guruatma will be sharing some of the most sacred and secret exercises of Kundalini Yoga. You will learn several sets that allow you to balance your chakras, organize yourself and to build happiness.
Guruatma's classes are always a big hit ... he is an inspirational teacher with terrific energy. If you are completely new to Kundalini, or an avid Kundalini fan, you should absolutely check out this workshop.
This workshop is being held Saturday, March 20th from 1:00 – 3:30 pm. The workshop fee is $35 in advance, $40 day-of, and is limited to 25 participants. Please call (631-9642), email, or stop by the studio to sign up.
