In this hands-on workshop, we will explore the therapeutic power of yoga to support the body’s natural healing process. By applying alignment principles and balanced action you will learn how to relieve back pain and avoid common spinal injuries.

We will address issues associated with lower back pain, postures that release pain and stabilize the low back area, and considerations for managing lumbar support and stability. Pam will discuss ways to work with some of the most universal complaints as well as best practices for minimizing pain and discomfort.

Current teachers and students are welcome in this All Levels workshop. Class size is limited to 15 students. Please wear appropriate yoga clothing.

About Your Instructor

Pam Gaither is a Boston area Yoga instructor, and IAYT certified Yoga Therapist. She has been teaching and providing yoga therapy to her clients for 14 years. Pam’s aim is to provide you with tools and practices that transform pain and limitation into relief, strength, and freedom.
