An amazing afternoon awaits...

Come join us as Joe Hayes of SoundScapers builds a temple of therapeutic sound and tone in this group sound healing practice.

Be bathed in sacred chant and guided imagery, accompanied by the didgeridoo, a Shruti box, and a full complement of quartz, fusion, and Tibetan sound bowls. This 90 minute practice promises to be deeply relaxing, and profoundly therapeutic.

Nada Brahma – All is Sound (The Buddha)

Sound healing, an ancient protocol of wellness, is now undergoing a global renaissance as people discern its many benefits.

“Everyone has a vibration that is a signature of their health and well-being. Similar to a musical instrument that can fall out of tune, our bodies can also fall out of vibrational harmony and develop illness ... Sound and vibration can be used to re-tune and return us to health. One of the most powerful modalities for this is the use of singing bowls and gongs"
-- Suren Shrestha, traditional Himalayan sound therapist, in How to Heal with Singing Bowls

Come experience for yourself how you can relax, rejuvenate, and literally re-tune!

Bring your yoga mat (or anything else you'd like to lie down on to be most comfortable). Blankets and bolsters provided at the studio.
