(3) Fridays - April 7, 14, 21 - 6:00 - 7:30 pm
4th class to be scheduled as a 1-hour private coaching session within 2-weeks of last session.

LIVE YOUR BEST SELF is a 4-week progressive series, designed by Life Coach, Molly Williams.  

Through a powerful, reflective process that includes guided visualizations, self-discovery prompts, dialogue, and journaling, you will reconnect to your own unique voice and gain a fresh perspective on your life and what matters most to you. By the end, you will feel more clear and confident about the decisions you need to move forward in a positive direction.

Each class starts with 10-15 minutes of very light stretching and guided meditation to relax and unwind.

If you are going through any kind of transition in your life (i.e. career, relationships, lifestyle), this workshop will prove invaluable.

Week Two: Your Wheel of Life & View from 10,000'; Core Values & Identifying What Really Matters to You

Week Three: Change Your Inner Critic Voice & Shift Perspectives

Week Four: Private 1-Hour Coaching Session

The first three weeks of classes will be 1 hour and 30 minutes each. The 4th class of this series will be held as a private, one-hour coaching session with Molly.  

The group is limited to 10 to foster trust and support among participants. 

Please wear comfortable clothing.  Note: we sit on bolsters on our yoga mats throughout class. You are welcome to bring a floor chair if that would be more comfortable for you.

Note: While Molly's private coaching sessions typically cost $85/hour, she is exploring the workshop format to make her work more accessible and affordable to more people. This series offers an incredible value for participants.

Molly Williams is a Life Coach, Reiki Master, Yoga-Teacher-In-Training, and a recovering nonprofit executive! For the past year, she has also been The Yoga Loft's part-time studio manager. After a 20+ year career in nonprofit leadership positions, Molly took a bold leap into the unknown to pursue coaching.
