Begin or continue your mindfulness practice with Peter Franklin, of Mindful Educator.  Among its many benefits, mindfulness is considered on of the most powerful tools for reducing stress and anxiety, while increasing happiness and personal satisfaction. Mindfulness teaches us to be intentionally full present in life, and to release negative thought patterns and worries.  These two sessions will focus on practical mindfulness practices, meditation, and gratitude.  You have a choice to be present!

About the Instructor

Peter Franklin is a professional educator and certified mindfulness instructor.

Peter’s coaching and training business, The Mindful Educator, delivers mindfulness skills and strategies to educational leaders, their staff, and students to create more dynamic, engaged learning environments.

Peter has been an educator for over 20 years, at both the high school and college level, and brings unique education expertise and insights to The Mindful Educator.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Davis and a Juris Doctor degree from Concord University School of Law (Los Angeles).  Peter is also a certified professional coach, and certified in the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) .b program and trained in the Mindful Schools Mindfulness curriculum.

Peter resides in Marblehead, MA with his wife Jacqueline, and Zorro, the wonder dog.
