Come Sunday evenings to begin and/or continue your Mindfulness practice with expert instructor, Peter Franklin.  Among its many benefits, mindfulness is considered one of the most powerful tools for reducing stress. Stress is the leading cause of disease, depression, poor memory, unstable relationships, and numerous other negative life situations that significantly decrease quality of life.  Unfortunately, most people suffer from stress on a daily basis.

Mindfulness teaches a person how to be fully present in life and release negative thought patterns and worries. Our continuing Mindfulness workshop will allow you to build upon your own practice, and if you are new to Mindfulness, help you develop your own practice as well.

Our weekly sessions will focus on practical Mindfulness exercises, meditation, and gratitude.
