Join Willa Worsfold for a 90 minute all levels Meditation Workshop.
Whether your meditating for the first time or wish to learn to concentrate deeper - this 90 minute workshop is designed with you in mind. There is no physical asana/yoga poses in this workshop - therefore it really is designed for all levels. If unable to sit for 5-10 minutes on the floor/bolster, you may bring a folding chair for your ease. Please wear comfortable clothes (street clothes are fine!) and bring a mat, blanket and/or bolster. Or not - conditions are always perfect for meditation.
Together we will joyfully learn:
- How to get and stay comfortable seated for meditation.
- Simple and effective breathing practices to prepare for meditation.
- Practice simple seated, walking and reclining meditations for your daily use. 5-10 minutes daily is all it takes!
- How to begin to incorporate your practices into your daily life.
