Maida Broudo, a multiple time Boston Marathon runner, has designed this all-level yoga workshop to promote a holistic approach to all athletic endeavors.

Class is focused on increasing balance, strength and flexibility; developing strong core stability poses; and addressing common over-use injuries and tightness.

Special alignment sequences will be offered that focus on the low back, hips and legs, as part of a deep whole body stretch.

Relaxation, meditation, and some longer held restorative finishing poses will offer the perfect balance to leave you feeling relaxed, open, and refreshed!
