You've heard all the great things about meditation....
Come spend the first 15 minutes of your morning stretching, connecting fully to your body and relaxing into openness. Then sit in community and share in a weekly guided meditation experience.
Whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner, there is something powerful about coming together to connect to a quiet place within ourselves, where we begin to release judgments, and just experience being fully present to what is.
For many, the greatest benefit of meditations are stress-reduction, peace of mind, and developing a more mindful response mechanism to challenging life situations. A regular practice deepens those benefits, creating a healthier relationship with yourself and others.
Different styles of meditation may be explored from week to week, and you will be offered tools that allow you to practice at home. You will be gently guided through each experience, so fear not if meditation is unfamiliar terrain! Five minutes at the end of class will also be left open for questions, discussion or further reflection.
Molly Williams is a Life Coach, Yoga Instructor, and Reiki Master. She helps reconnect individuals to their own innate wisdom as they journey the path to greater health, happiness, and inner peace.
