The start of every new school year brings many hopes and expectations, along with some trepidation about the year ahead. This retreat is designed just for freshmen and sophomore high school girls. You will be immersed in a full body and mind experience that will help create a new level of focus and excitement for your year ahead!
In this retreat, you will:
- Strengthen, stretch and relax your body through yoga (no experience necessary!)
- Learn simple mindfulness techniques to bring greater focus, clarity and stress-reduction around any issue in your life.
- Visualize your goals and dreams for the year ahead; build confidence in your own voice and overcome insecurities; and leave with a commitment and plan for your success and happiness!
This fun, energetic and highly interactive retreat provides a safe, supportive space for young women to reflect upon what matters most to them and to realize their own strength. Relaxing the body and mind are the first steps to making positive, powerful choices that will create the experiences (at school and everywhere in your life) that you want and deserve!
Limited to 15 participants. $75, includes healthy snack, water, and journal. Please bring a yoga mat.
