"Yoga for Beginners" is the perfect answer.
Join us for this two hour workshop, where Maida will break down the most commonly-used postures and flow sequences in a super comfortable atmosphere. Maida will focus on proper alignment, as well as introducing basic breathing and meditation techniques.
By taking this class, first-timers will significantly increase their confidence and knowledge of basic yoga poses, and feel ready to participate in our regularly scheduled yoga classes. For more experienced practitioners (or those who have fallen out of practice), this will be a great refresher class, and will offer a valuable perspective on your own practice.
