Start your day with 15 minutes of gentle stretching, connecting fully to your body. Then sit in community for 30 minutes and share in a weekly guided meditation experience led by Molly Williams. Whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner, there is something powerful about coming together to connect to a quiet place within ourselves and becoming fully present to what is. For many, the greatest benefits of meditation are stress-reduction, peace of mind, and an increased ability to respond mindfully to challenging life situations. Different styles of meditation may be explored from week to week, and you will be offered tools to practice on your own. Drop-in or pre-register for the series discount.
