Join Larisa and Vito for one to five sessions of this exciting Yoga education opportunity. You will develop an individual and unique voice as a yoga teacher, build on your strengths and improve your teaching skills. You will also dive into assisting, class planning, reconnect with The Spiritual technology – Meditation and Pranayama, and so much more…

Nov 2, Dec 8, Jan 5 & Feb 2, and March 9
2 – 6 pm
Sat, Nov 3 – The Art of Creating a Safe, Balanced and Effective Sequence Design. Perfect your skills of carefully planning, and flawlessly executing a multi-level yoga class. Learn how to adhere to the format you are teaching in, and yet cater to all participants in front of you.
Sat, Dec 8 – All Within: Learning How to Listen Inside. In this session we shift our focus inward and work on designing and delivering a full savasana experience for the body, and use meditation techniques for the mind.
Sat, Jan 5 and Sat, Feb 2 – All Hands On Deck: A Two-Part Assisting Module. Sessions will include work on: assessing the clients individually, approaching the assisting from the trauma informed angle, the actual hands on assists in poses, demonstration of techniques, verbal assists, using breath as an assisting technique and more.
Sat, March 9 – Developing Self-Compassion as a Yoga Teacher. It doesn’t have to be perfect – It just has to be. Building you up, sustaining you as a yoga practitioner and a yoga teacher, reexamining the yoga industry as it is today, and discussing solutions together.
*Each session will consist of a master class/practice, discussion, small group presentations, and teaching or assisting. Homework will be assigned prior to each session.
Larisa and Vito will speak to all participants prior to confirmation/acceptance in the modules to ensure the best fit for the courses.

* Cancellation Policy: Registrations are non-refundable. Any registration cancelled more than 14 days prior to scheduled session, will be offered a space in a future session if available. Any cancellations 14 days or less from the scheduled session will not be refunded. Refunds for missed sessions with the package pricing will be refunded at the discretion of Vito :)
About Your Instructors:
Larisa and Vito have 20 years of combined yoga teaching experience in Boston.
Larisa Forman holds a coveted 600H Life of a Yogi Degree with her beloved Guru Sri Dharma Mittra in NYC. Other certifications include 200 PranaVayu Yoga TT with David Magone, a self realization immersion with Sri Yogi Andrey Ram Om, Sanskrit studies with Anthony Cerulli, The Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita Studies with American Indologist Edwin Francis Bryant, PH.D, Yoga for Breast Cancer Recovery and Beyond Teacher Training with Camille Kittrell, M.S, Lebed Method certification with Sherry Lebed Davis, at Dana-Farber, Boston, Ma, Multiple hundreds of hours of immersions, retreats, workshops with leading yoga teachers nationally and internationally. Larisa assisted David Magone, founder of PranaVayu Yoga in teacher trainings, mentorship programs, accelerated module asana practices. Larisa continues her education with master Yoga teacher Konstantin Bazarov, Krishna Das and Sharon Salztberg. Larisa was recognized as a yoga teacher for The Ultimate Day of Wellness in Boston by Well and Good NYC. Larisa is a founder of Yoga Live, she leads workshops and teaches an extensive schedule at many of Boston's leading yoga studios, and is a presenter at The Nantucket Yoga Festival.
Vito Politano holds the prestigious 500 Level with Natasha Rizopoulos and also Barbara Benagh through Down Under Yoga. Vito’s 200 hour trainings include study with Natasha Rizopoulos in the YogaWorks method and assisting David Magone in the Pranavayu method. Additional trainings with Judith Hanson Lasater(Alignment/Physiology, Restorative and Low Back and SI), Tias Little (Prajna Yoga), Elise Browning Miller (Yoga for Scoliosis), Ana Forrest (Teacher Intensive) , Seane Corn (Vinyasa Training), and Marc St.Pierre (Anusara Immersion I). Additional Anatomy, Physiology and Therapeutics trainings with Julie Gudmestad, Ellen Heed, Roger Cole, Santosh Karmacharya, Doug Keller and Tom Meyers.
Vito trained in Thai Yoga Massage with Shai Plonski through Still Light Centre and the Lotus Palm School and initiated Craniosacral Therapy training with Kate Peck to better understand the body and provide a deeper level of healing.
Vito is excited to continue his Yoga Teacher Training (in partnership with well respected friend and teacher Larisa) through the Yoga Loft of Marblehead. Vito also teaches and mentors students in Yoga Teacher Trainings through Yoga Works, Barre & Soul, and previously through Charlestown Yoga and B Yoga. Vito was named a Lululemon Ambassador in 2012.
