Slow Flow & Meditation begins with a gently-paced, 40-minute Vinyasa class to slowly stretch, strengthen, and energize your body. This style is great for anyone new to yoga, just returning to yoga, or who simply likes a more gentle class that gives plenty of time to connect to the body in each pose.

Students are then led into a 20-minute relaxing, guided meditation to bring a deeper sense of calm and connection to self.  Meditation has countless benefits: reduced stress and anxiety, improved concentration and memory, boosts serotonin (the happy hormone), rewires neural pathways in the brain, increased self-awareness & self-acceptance ... the list goes on.

This class invites beginners and advanced practitioners to slow down, to move gently through postures, to connect fully to the breath ... and to become increasingly aware, accepting, and at peace with yourself and the world around you.
